Headsets are only 3 months old but I'm wondering if the battery is damaged somehow or if it's bug that's deeply rooted in the firmware. Only if I hard wire my headphones with the USB, I get a consistent connection but at that point, the whole point of wireless headsets thrown out the window. Apparently, it's a known issue and happens to pretty much everyone, however for me, it doesn't no matter what I do if I update the firmware, do a factory reset or if my battery is 100% charged, I still get these random shutdowns nonstop.
At this point I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I've tried every suggestion I could find on the internet regarding this issue but no success, my wireless Arctis 9X keep turning off randomly and completely disconnecting.
